Dream
We want to hear your vision. The more we learn about your business, brand, and identity, the better we will be able to serve your needs and accomplish your goals. We can facilitate this discovery session over a phone call, Zoom call, or in-person meeting. Once we have a general idea of what you're looking for, we will draft and share our design proposal, which shows your product's design direction.
The design proposal document establishes the product's general design, dimensions and materials, plus general pricing. We estimate this process will take about 7-10 business days from initial consultation.
Design
Once we are aligned on the vision for the project, we design your product from the ground up, starting with shop drawings which outline a detailed assembly plan. These drawings and layouts include items such as seating plans, flow charts, space planning, and more. We view this step as one of the most important.
Along with these drawings, you will receive a purchase order showing an overview of the product and the related final pricing. This work in progress will be a continued collaborative effort, working through revisions and coordinating meetings with contractors and architects, city inspectors, building owners, and others. We estimate this step will take about 15-20 business days from design deposit, depending on project scope.
Deliver
Now it's time for action: gathering materials, defining the finishing touches, and beginning fabrication, all handled collaboratively and with care. Minor adjustments and finishing touches will be meticulously made to ensure that the unique character and identity of your brand are apparent. It is integral to who we are that we deliver on our promise to make your project extraordinary.
At the end of this entire journey with us, which generally we estimate taking 6-8 weeks from payment, your Stash product, designed and built in the heart of Oak Cliff in Dallas, TX, will be delivered to you.
Stash thrives on collaborative creations. While our methodologies are uniquely our own, through relationship building and hands-on project management, each job is customized to truly reflect the identity of our clients and partners.
